I found Ala after seeing a clip of him and Misti B “The Food Truck Lady” on Fox 26.They toured his space on the clip, so I scheduled an appointment to see his facility and tour his trucks. After looking at other builders I was PLEASED with his customer service and their quality of work. JRS customer builders took the stress away with building my custom truck from the start to the beginning. My truck is beautiful and he made sure to build it with the expectations of passing inspections and he handled all my DMV paperwork which was just what I needed . Now whenever there is a question or if I need help with anything pertains to the truck he’s always there to answer and to respond months after . Alaa was very nice and did everything possible to accommodate our requests. He worked late on a Saturday to give a tour of their operations to my daughter and her husband. They were very impressed with the setup, and said it was very clean, organized and well managed. At my request, Alaa had made several changes/add-ons to the order and was always happy to do so. He made several suggestions and was very knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with.
