Arafat Halloum, The Kunafa Guy, based in San francisco area California. Arafat is well known in the area for his great mediterranean dishes, the great shawarma sandwiches and the falafel. Kunafa is Arafat`s speciality, one of the famous Mediterranean dessert dishes, and he has followed his fathers and great fathers steps to master it. The BBQ Man
Al Boyce or THE BBQ MAN as he likes to be called. Al is from Atlanta Georgia, he specializes in BBQ and then best part he has a smoker hooked to the food truck Jerusalem built. Kool-Down #1, is owned and operated by Dee Russell, a Texas Real Estate Agent. Her passion and purpose have always been to serve others. For some time now she has had the vision to own her own Food Truck business.
