Alaa was very nice and did everything possible to accommodate our requests. He worked late on a Saturday to give a tour of their operations to my daughter and her husband. They were very impressed with the setup, and said it was very clean, organized and well managed. At my request, Alaa had made several changes/add-ons to the order and was always happy to do so. He made several suggestions and was very knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with.

What can we at The Funnel Cake FactoryTX say about Jerusalem Custom Food Trucks & Trailers? Words are no enough to express how we feel. The idea of our trailer getting off the ground running seemed to be only an idea after ordering a trailer internationally (DO NOT DO THIS!!). Immediately we realized, it would not pass any inspection and sure would not provide the service we wanted to for our patrons in Texas. After a google search coming across them and then a recommendation from the company that wrapped our grooming van, decided this must be the way to go! From start to finish they walked us through the process and made it easy!! The headaches from the first year after receiving the trailer went away immediately ! How much does it cost to build a custom food truck/trailer?

The cost associated with each build depends on the selection of equipment. Minimal style builds can be as low as 38k and will go up from there depending on customization.

What is the typical turnaround time for a custom food truck/trailer build?

It can be as early as 4-6 weeks and for more in depth builds up to 8-10 weeks.

What kind of material and equipment do you use?

We use ETL and NSF approved commercial equipment.

What comes standard with a food truck or trailer?

Our products are turn-key and all builds come standard with:

• hood system with exhaust and fire suppression system

• all plumbing including fresh water and grey water tanks, water heater, three compartment sink, and hand sink

• 12,000-watt generator

• 1x100lb propane tank and 50-amp shore power plug

How do you ensure that the food trucks/trailers meet local health and safety regulations?

We have built for all over the country and guarantee that your kitchen will meet all local health department and safety regulations. Our guarantee is backed with extensive research of the specific areas we build for.

Can you accommodate special equipment requests for a unique menu?

Our design team can customize a build for just about any type of cuisine imaginable. We have standard floor plans that are versatile as well and have been designed with that idea in mind.

Do you offer warranties or service plans for the food trucks post purchase?

We do not offer a warranty on the vehicle or trailer. We do, however, offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on the kitchen equipment.

How does after sales support work?

If there is any issue post purchase our sales team will work to help direct you to solve your issues and trouble shoot anything that you need guidance with.

Are there financing options available for purchasing a custom food trailer?

We do not offer in-house financing, but we will work with any lender that gets you approved for financing.

Do you offer custom wrap designs?

We have a designer that will work with you in creating your Logo and design for your build. We offer both partial and full wrap options.

Do you rent or lease your food trucks or trailers?

No, we do not offer any rent to own or leasing programs. All our builds are custom built and designed exclusively to meet the needs of our customers.

Could you customize your own truck or trailer?

Yes, you can provide your own truck or trailer. We will work with you to customize it to fit your needs.

Could I supply my own equipment?

Yes, if you have your own equipment we can mount and install it in your kitchen.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, you can pick up the truck or trailer yourself, or we can have a third-party transportation company that we work with to deliver right to your location.

What is your pickup process?

Once the build is complete, we require you to visit our facility for an orientation to learn how to use and operate your brand-new kitchen. We will also complete any final paperwork and reassign titling.
