Food Trailer Types

Concession trailers, sometimes known as food trailers, are mobile units like food trucks. Concession trailers are trailed behind a vehicle with enough towing capability to carry the weight of the food trailer. They have completely functional kitchens, which contain refrigerators, griddles, fryers, stoves, freezers, sinks, countertops, etc.

Concession trailers are perfect for events or locations where they will be parked for extended periods of time. They are relatively more spacious and more cost efficient than food trucks.
